If you follow me you must know by now I love banana bread, and keep on trying new recipes !
This one is really sweet with a nice texture brought by the almonds meal and the polenta.
Also we love the crunchy walnuts bite. Yum 🙂
It is a great bread to start the day for a fitness breakfast packed with really good carb and fats that will keep you energized throughout the day 🙂

DIRECTIONS
Blend everything, and put in your baking tin lined with parchment paper. Top with the remaining nuts.
Put in the oven for 1 hour.
Wait until it has totally cooled to slice it and savor it !
NOTE
You can keep it in the fridge for a few days, but you can also slice it and freeze the slices you will heat up for breakfast on demand.
You can replace walnuts by pecans or hazelnuts. Also, if you don’t like cinnamon flavor it with vanilla.
Today it is Hari Raya. Kids are at home since it is a public holiday in Singapore. Wind is blowing and a thunderstorm is on its way.
