Group Workshops

What to Expect ?

Very hands on classes in Chickpea&berries Kitchen, some recipes are made in groups, some individually. All under my supervision and help.

Recipes are all vegetarian and often vegan. 

Many are gluten free (and I can accommodate specific GF diet requirements or specific diets -grain free / keto / low carb – when précised during booking).

I only use whole ingredients, no refined or artificial products, source organic when possible/advisable.  

I always propose easy flexible recipes that you can adapt and twist to make them straight away and enjoy regularly at your home   

Participants get to prepare 3 recipes, they will either eat with the group or take back home to share with families

I provide all material, equipment and ingredients

No specific cooking techniques or skills required  

During the session I share cooking and nutrition tricks and answer all the questions you have about real food, cooking tips, plantbased and wholefood diets, where to buy your ingredients and stock up your pantry in SG.

Audience

Minimum 4 and maximum 5 participants per session.

Organised in your kitchen or at the place you choose, around a specific theme defined together according to your needs.

You get to prepare 3 to 4 recipes, you will of course keep after the session to share with your family.

During the session I share cooking and nutrition tricks and answer the questions you have about real food, cooking, diets, where to get your staples from and how to stock up your pantry.

You provide the ingredients based on list I send you ahead of the session
