Hi,

I am Raphaëlle, French Parisian, mum of 11 years old twins Rose and Leopold. I have a passion for food and nutrition, am a plant based certified chef (Rouxbe certification) and a holistic health coach (IIN alumni).

I am currently living in Singapore, a super foodie country, and before that we also lived in Sydney, where I fell in love with fusion whole food cooking .

I have always been passionate about imagining, baking, and eating beautiful and healthy food.

A vegetarian my whole life and vegan 90% of the time nowadays, I truly believe in finding your individual balance and nutrition habits. No dogma, or diets at home and in my nutrition approach. It’s a very personal matter and I trust you’ll achieve your journey if you have pleasure fuelling yourself with food you love. Crowd out, don’t force in !

In my cooking workshops, family food consultations, or on the blog, I always try to make easy, flexible recipes you can adapt or twist and I share my tricks so you can get it right straight away 🙂  However, don’t hesitate to share any comments and feedbacks if you try some of my dishes.

Apart from cooking, I am a runner, coffee lover and pilates addict, and I love traveling to discover new cultures… and food of course 🙂
