INGREDIENTS
For 2
- 1 large ripe banana
- 2 cups almond milk (or oat milk)
- 400grs cooked cannellini beans drained and rinsed
- 2 dates pitted (fresh or rehydrated in boiling water for 15 min)
- 1 tbsp tahini
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- raw cocoa nibs to sprinkle
DIRECTIONS
- Blend all the ingredients with 1 cup almond milk in a high speed blender until smooth. Gradually add the remaining milk to get the proper consistency (if you like smoothies bowls, add less than the 2 cups)
- Pour in your bowl or glass and topped with the cocoa nibs
- Enjoy !
