Vegan vanilla dream smoothie

INGREDIENTS

For 2

  • 1 large ripe banana
  • 2 cups almond milk (or oat milk)
  • 400grs cooked cannellini beans drained and rinsed
  • 2 dates pitted (fresh or rehydrated in boiling water for 15 min)
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • raw cocoa nibs to sprinkle

DIRECTIONS

  1. Blend all the ingredients with 1 cup almond milk in a high speed blender until smooth. Gradually add the remaining milk to get the proper consistency (if you like smoothies bowls, add less than the 2 cups)
  2. Pour in your bowl or glass and topped with the cocoa nibs
  3. Enjoy !
