Superseeded Blissballs

THIS RECIPE IS

  • Protein and healthy unsaturated fat loaded
  • So satisfying !!

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 3 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp linseed
  • 1 1/2 tbsp organic raw cacao nibs
  • 1/3 cup dried apricots
  • 1/3 cup apple syrup or brown rice syrup
  • 4 tbsp peanut butter

DIRECTIONS

  1. Add all dry ingredients to your blender and pulse you get a mixture similar to bread crumbs ( do it gradually to avoid over blending as it will get to oily and you want to have some textures from the seeds in the bliss balls)
  2. Heat up lightly the peanut butter to have a smooth texture that can be mixed easily with the mapple syrup.
  3. Then pour the liquid paste over the crumbled seeds and apricots mixture.
  4. Mix well wit your hand to get a big dough ball. Then make balls using a spoon (tsp for small ones, you should get around 20, or tbsp for big indulgent ones 🙂
  5. Put them in the fridge and store for up to 5/6 days (it will never last for so long at my place :). Alternatively, you can freeze them.
