THIS RECIPE IS

- Protein and healthy unsaturated fat loaded
- So satisfying !!
INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 3 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp linseed
- 1 1/2 tbsp organic raw cacao nibs
- 1/3 cup dried apricots
- 1/3 cup apple syrup or brown rice syrup
- 4 tbsp peanut butter
DIRECTIONS
- Add all dry ingredients to your blender and pulse you get a mixture similar to bread crumbs ( do it gradually to avoid over blending as it will get to oily and you want to have some textures from the seeds in the bliss balls)
- Heat up lightly the peanut butter to have a smooth texture that can be mixed easily with the mapple syrup.
- Then pour the liquid paste over the crumbled seeds and apricots mixture.
- Mix well wit your hand to get a big dough ball. Then make balls using a spoon (tsp for small ones, you should get around 20, or tbsp for big indulgent ones 🙂
- Put them in the fridge and store for up to 5/6 days (it will never last for so long at my place :). Alternatively, you can freeze them.
