Matcha bliss balls


This recipe is for you if you love nuts, the subtle matcha flavor and look for a super easy snack everyone will adore !
Also, many bliss balls recipe I have tried add coconut oil and sweeteners. Not this one 🙂

No added sugar or fat. Just the whole food goodness to fuel you up.
Treat yourself and make some in 15 min only  !

INGREDIENTS

  • 80 grs almonds
  • 70 grs hazelnuts
  • 20 grs shredded coconut
  • 16 fres dates pitted (or rehydrated dry ones)
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp matcha powder + extra to dust

DIRECTIONS

  1. Blend everything except the dates and the matcha powder in your high speed blender until roughly crumbled (picture above)
  2. Add the dates and the matcha powder and blend again to get a textured paste
  3. Make balls the size you want (I use a tbsp measure to make mine)
  4. Dust the balls with extra matcha powder
  5. Keep in an airtight container in your fridge for a few days.. if you can (mine never last very long 🙂
