INGREDIENTS
- 80 grs almonds
- 70 grs hazelnuts
- 20 grs shredded coconut
- 16 fres dates pitted (or rehydrated dry ones)
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp matcha powder + extra to dust
DIRECTIONS
- Blend everything except the dates and the matcha powder in your high speed blender until roughly crumbled (picture above)
- Add the dates and the matcha powder and blend again to get a textured paste
- Make balls the size you want (I use a tbsp measure to make mine)
- Dust the balls with extra matcha powder
- Keep in an airtight container in your fridge for a few days.. if you can (mine never last very long 🙂
