INGREDIENTS
Apricot and Tahini
- 100 grs dried apricots
- 30 grs flaxseeds meal
- 150 grs almonds
- 30 grs raw apple grated
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp tahini
- Shredded coconut to coat
Fig and Hazelnut
- 140 grs hazelnuts
- 100 grs dried figs
- 30 grs flaxseed meal
- 30 grs grated green apple
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- white chia seeds to coat
Date and Cacao
- 160 grs almonds
- 100 grs rehydrated dates, pited
- 40 grs raw cacao nibs
- 30 grs green apple grated
- 2 tsp 100% unsweetened cocoa powder + extra to coat
DIRECTIONS
Same process for the 3 different kinds of bliss balls
- Put all solid ingredients in your high speed blender and process until you get a texture similar to crumbs
- Add liquids if any in the recipe and process again to get a texture that holds together
- Make balls using a tsp or tbsp (depending on the size you want), roll them with slightly wet hands and coat them in the coating of the relevant recipe
- Put them in airtight container and keep in the fridge for a few days… if you can keep them for that long !
