When I was a kid I loved to have "brioche parisienne" for my afternoon snacks. A very typical small individual brioche you found in most french bakeries. It is really pretty with a little head on top of a big base. So fluffy and buttery ! Since then I have always loved brioches, but I don't eat it so often nowadays :) So just back from our holidays in France, I was in the mood to bake some brioche for our Sunday breakkie. I opted for the healthy version though (too many pastries eaten during the holidays :) ) and made a vegan brioche I had spotted in a French food magazine. Interested to know more ?
